AWS database services for open source engines as Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS) A managed service that makes it easy to set up, operate, and scale a relational database in the cloud. Amazon RDS supports 6 familiar engines, including 3 open source databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MariaDB.
What Are AWS Database Services?
Databases play a crucial role in the functioning of an application. Also, performance of an application is directly dependent on how the underlying database performs for the application. AWS Database Services is a set of databases offered by AWS on the cloud.
Why AWS Database?
Earlier, companies used to deploy databases on in-house servers. Obviously, they would need to hire people for the day-to-day maintenance and performance troubleshooting of these in-house databases, right?
